Endangered species

In a debate ahead of the forthcoming CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) convention scheduled in Qatar on the 13-25 March, ECR environment coordinator Miroslav Ouzky will object to the application by two African Countries to once again begin trading ivory.
