Professor Monti to ECR group

14th - 18th December 2009

Former European Commissioner Mario Monti, who has been charged with advising the Commission on completion of the Single Market, will hold an exchange of views with the ECR at its group meeting on Tuesday evening. The meeting itself will be closed however the chairman of the internal market committee Malcolm Harbour, and ECR coordinator Adam Bielan will be available for comments afterwards. The ECR group fully supports Professor Monti's aims and puts the completion of the Single Market as one of its top priorities.
